I’m always in admiration of the bicyclists in Manhattan. They zoom in and around wild taxis and thick traffic and always make it look like a breeze.
If I ever get a bike and learn how to navigate the busy city streets I’d like to sport a breezy, preppy look like this week’s Vargas girl inspired look.
